Christie C. Smith

Dr. Christie C. Smith, PharmD, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Founder & Chief Payer Strategy Officer of The Pharmacist Care Team. Christie leads PWNA’s operations with expertise in payer strategy and clinical pharmacy.

Dr. Krystal Preston

Dr. Krystal Monique Preston, PharmD, BCPS

Chief Partnerships Officer

Dr. Preston is a proud native of Chicago’s South Side and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Chicago State University College of Pharmacy in 2015, later achieving Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) in 2019. Her career spans direct patient care and managed care across oncology and specialty pharmacy. She is a practicing clinical pharmacist and works in clinical policy research, advancing initiatives that improve health outcomes and promote health equity. She is the immediate past President of the Chicago Pharmacists Association and the Chief Partnerships Officer for PWNA. She also provides leadership through Onyx Health Collective and Onyx 360 NFP, organizations dedicated to reimagining health equity and empowering communities. Passionate about mentorship, she continues to create pathways for emerging pharmacists and young women of color. She believes: “Success is not a position, but the obstacles that one overcomes.”

Dr. Tammy McClellan

Dr. Tammy McClellan, PharmD

Chief of Staff

Dr. McClellan earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from The Chicago College of Pharmacy at Midwestern University. With over 30 years of pharmacy experience, she has specialized in Clinical Oncology and holds certifications in Epic’s Beacon, Willow, and Ambulatory Applications, creating and implementing oncology protocols within the Electronic Health Record. Beyond her role as Chief of Staff for PWNA, she serves as NCODA’s Region 12 President and is active across numerous pharmacy professional organizations, sharing her clinical insights through advisory boards, oncology forums, and speaking engagements at her alma mater. Her work has been featured in Cancer Network, Pharmacy Times, and the American Journal of Managed Care, among other national publications. She considers it a blessing to use her talents to serve both her patients and her colleagues.

Antoinette Wildon

Antoinette L. Wildon, CPhT

Senior Director of Programming

A Chicago native with more than 30 years in pharmacy, Antoinette has built her career across community, inpatient, oncology, and ambulatory care settings — from Walgreens, to Lead Pharmacy Technician in Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s IV Room, to Oncology Pharmacy Technician at the University of Chicago Medicine. Today she serves as an Ambulatory Medication Access Coordinator, helping patients overcome barriers to specialty medications. She is passionate about mentoring others and advocating for equitable access to care, and looks forward to contributing her leadership to PWNA’s educational and networking opportunities.

Demetria Streeter

Demetria Streeter

Senior Director of Membership

Demetria has worked in pharmacy since 2002, beginning her career in retail with Walgreens for 12 years before moving into long-term care. She joined oncology infusion in 2018 at DuPage Medical Group (Duly), and since 2021 has practiced with Rush Ambulatory Oncology Infusion in outpatient care. She has been a member of NCODA, a national organization, since 2020, and is based in Chicago.
