Behind the Mission
Clinical experts, community builders, and dedicated leaders — meet the team driving PWNA forward.

Chara Reid-Reed
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerChara Reid-Reed, PharmD is the Founder and CEO of PWNA. Coming up in pharmacy without a mentor, she learned firsthand how isolating it can feel to navigate a career as a female leader in healthcare. Rather than accept that gap, she decided to fill it — starting with a private Facebook group that grew into a national movement of over 14,400 pharmacist women. Today she leads PWNA with a clear mission: to ensure that no woman in pharmacy has to figure it out alone.
